With funding from an ESRC Knowledge Transfer Grant, Amina worked with Becky Milne and Dan Wright on standardising video identification parade procedures.
The research involved all the police forces in England and Wales, looking at in-house procedures to highlight current areas of good and poor practice. A guidance document for best practice was drafted and presented to police officers at a meeting in London which was well received.
